Orders and availability
Menu items, variants, add-ons, deals, delivery zones and opening hours may change. An order is subject to the availability and server-calculated prices shown during checkout.
Pricing
The total confirmed by our system at checkout includes the applicable item prices, selected add-ons, discounts and delivery charges. Historical orders retain the values recorded when they were placed.
Payments
Where advance payment is required, customers must transfer the exact amount to the receiving account shown for that order and upload a genuine receipt for manual verification. An uploaded receipt does not by itself mean payment has been approved.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is only offered when the system confirms eligibility. Availability may depend on verified customer identity, prior order history and administrative controls.
Order processing
Restaurant processing begins after the applicable payment and order checks are completed. Statuses shown in tracking reflect the operational stage recorded by Steam & Slay.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to alter prices, access another customer's order or account, submit false payment evidence, or interfere with the service.
Changes
Steam & Slay may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page applies to website use from its publication date.
